Who Is Marie Kahvajian?

Marie has experienced a high level of success throughout her career which started in 1979 which she brings into every thing she does. She has been totally committed to providing the highest level of service available anywhere. Marie’s philosophy is that everyone has the capacity to be the best that they can be and has dedicated her career to helping others get there.

Marie’s career started in the Real Estate Industry where she’s proven time and time again that anything is possible as long as you believe in yourself. Throughout her sales career, Marie has realized the distinguished awards of NJAR Million Dollar Salesperson 1985-2003, Silver Level Million Dollar Producer 1986-1987, 1993-1998, Top Salesperson of Year for Office 1987, 1995, 1997-2003, Top Salesperson for Company 1999, 2001, 2002, Innovator of the Year 1992, Blue Realty President’s Club, GMAC Medallion Club, GMAC Diamond Level Sales Award 1999-2003, Ambassador Club, President’s Club and numerous sales awards and has ranked in the top 10% of Realtors in New Jersey consistently.

During her sales career Marie has also held the following prestigious positions: Director of REO Sales, Director of Business Development and Vice President of REO Asset Disposition. Marie has been involved in motivational sales training and in several mentor programs where she trained new sales people coming into the business. Marie has also taken on the responsibility of Property Management and Asset Disposition for the Mortgage Banking Industry Nationwide.

In addition to this, Marie has also had experience on Wall Street with Dean Witter Reynolds, in New York City, NY where she performed stock analysis, yields, asset management and managed the portfolio department.

Marie loves working with people to help them work towards their fullest potential and she believes that everyone can be all they want to be and more than that.
This philosophy has brought her to a new phase of her career path. She is a Board Certified Master Practitioner of NLP, a Certified Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy and a Master practitioner of Time Line Therapy^®.

She is a member of the Time Line Therapy^® Association, American Board of NLP and American Board Hypnotherapy. She is currently working on obtaining her Doctor of Naturopathy degree with the Clayton College of Natural Health.
